Restaurant Sjömagasinet Gothenburg
Combining food with wines is one of my greatest passions and after many years spent working with creative cooking the "complete dining experience" my religion. With this in mind Sjömagasinet will be preparing well thought out dishes paired with exciting beverages, maximizing and allowing for the perfect taste experience.
Together with Gustav Trägårdh, Sweden's Chef of the year 2010 we will present both classic and innovative cooking based on fish and shellfish in a unique and inspired setting. Even though changes have occurred I believe you will feel at home again here and you are welcome.

Hotel Smögens Hafvsbad and Archipelago
Smögens Hafvsbad Hotel, spa and venue opened its doors at the beginning of the last century. This new watering hole in Bohuslän quickly became a must-visit destinations for city-dwellers who came to ”recoup their energy after the intellectual strains of the winter”.
In those days, the hotel had a dining room and eight rooms. Smögens Hafvsbad has since expanded into a modern complex with 76 guest rooms with restaurant, spa and conference facilities.
No visit to Smögen is complete without sampling the shellfish!
